We're coming to see you on  Getting To Know You day !

On Friday 10 July, Housing Solutions colleagues will be out and about across our neighbourhoods for our annual Getting To Know You Day

Between 9am and 12pm, we'll be meeting residents, listening to your feedback and listening about what matters most to you and your community.

If you spot us in our colourful Housing Solutions t-shirts, please come and say hello. We'd love to hear what's working well, any concerns you may have, and your ideas for improving our services.

Your feedback helps shape the way we work and ensures we're focusing on the things that matter most to residents.

If we miss you...

If we're unable to catch you during our visit, don't worry – we'll leave a leaflet with details of how to share your feedback online.

Our short survey is an opportunity to tell us about your experience of living in your home and using our services. We want to hear what's working well, what could be improved and what matters most to you.

Your feedback helps shape the services we provide and allows us to track progress over time, so we can continue focusing on the things that matter most to residents.
