A new chapter for Housing Solutions: our Corporate Strategy 2026–2031
We’ve launched our new Corporate Strategy for 2026–2031 – setting out how we’ll continue to improve services, invest in homes, and put residents at the heart of everything we do.
At Housing Solutions, our purpose remains clear: to provide safe, good-quality homes and services for people who need them most, creating places people can trust, belong and stay.
Our new Corporate Strategy sets out how we’ll build on what we already do well while adapting to the changing needs of residents and communities over the next five years.
What this means for you
Putting residents first
We are strengthening our connection with residents by increasing face-to-face engagement, listening to feedback, and shaping services around what matters most. Our strategy has been developed using resident insight, feedback, and lived experience to make sure it reflects real needs.
Safe, satisfied and sustainable homes
Everything we do is built around three priorities:
Investing in our homes and communities
We will continue to invest in existing homes, improve quality and safety, and build new homes where possible—while balancing growth with our responsibility to current residents.
Making services easier to access
We are improving our systems and technology so services are easier, faster and more connected - helping us get things right first time and deliver a better experience for residents. We are committed to building an inclusive organisation where everyone feels valued, supported and able to contribute - both our colleagues and the communities we serve.
This strategy reflects our shared ambition to keep improving, working together and delivering services residents can rely on.
