Summer opening hours – Fridays in August
We’ll be introducing summer opening hours on Fridays throughout August.
On Fridays throughout August, our offices, contact centre and reception will close at 12:15pm.
What this means for you
During these Friday afternoons:
- Our reception and contact centre will be closed from 12:15pm
- Our out-of-hours service will be available as normal
You can still use our online services at any time to:
- Pay your rent
- Report a repair
- Update your details
- And more!
Emergency repairs
If you have an emergency repair, please call us on 01628 543101 and follow the instructions to reach our out-of-hours service.
Emergency repairs will continue to be handled during these times.
Plan ahead
If you need to contact us, please call 01628 543101 before 12:15pm on Fridays in August, or get in touch earlier in the week where possible.
Some routine services may be arranged for alternative days to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.
