At Housing Solutions, we’re committed to creating homes and communities where people feel safe, supported and proud to live. We’re taking visible action on anti-social behaviour and improving safety and reassurance for residents.
That's why, from 17 August 2026, we’re introducing the Respect Line – a new out-of-hours service for reporting anti-social behaviour when our offices are closed.
Anti-social behaviour doesn't always happen during office hours. The Respect Line will give residents access to trained anti-social behaviour advisers during evenings, weekends and bank holidays, helping them report incidents when they happen and receive immediate advice and support.

When Housing Solutions offices are closed, residents can access the Respect Line through our out-of-hours service:

The Respect Line forms part of our ongoing commitment to supporting residents and creating safer communities. It provides access to specialist support at times when residents may otherwise be unable to contact us directly.
By making it easier to report incidents when they occur, we can better understand what residents are experiencing and ensure concerns are responded to appropriately.
