The Easiest Way to Pay—direct debit
Setting up a direct debit is the simplest way to pay your rent. If you have a bank or building society account, you can choose a payment date that works for you—any time between the 1st and 28th of the month. You can also pay weekly, every two, three, four weeks or monthly.To set up a direct debit, use the form in the customer portal or call us on 01628 543101 to arrange it over the phone. You can also pay directly through your online banking.

· Payment Reference: Your 12-digit Tenancy Reference (e.g. 12000340D012)
Make sure your reference is correct, otherwise, your payment may not go through.

Other Ways to Pay
· Online with Allpay: Log on to Allpay here and enter your tenancy reference number. You’ll need a debit or credit card to complete your payment.
· By Text: Text ‘pay’ followed by ‘rent’ and the amount you want to pay (e.g. 50.00—don’t use the £ sign), then the last four digits of your debit card. Send the message and you’ll receive a confirmation.
· At the Post Office or PayPoint: Use your Rent Payment Card to pay by cash, cheque, or debit card. Payments usually take 1-2 working days to process. Keep your receipts safe for proof of payment.
· By Cheque: Make your cheque payable to Housing Solutions, and write your name, property address, and rent account number on the back.
o Send it to: Housing Solutions, Crown House, Crown Square, Waldeck Road, Maidenhead SL6 8BY
o Please do not send cash in the post for security reasons.
· Over the Phone: Call 01628 543101 and pay with a debit or credit card. We accept Switch, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and JCB.
· In Person: Visit our reception and pay by card.
