Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement scheme (STAIRs)

Door Knocking Event 19.06.19 (8)

Housing Solutions is committed to being open, transparent and accountable to our residents.

The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are a new regulatory requirement that give social housing tenants greater access to information about how their homes and services are managed. The aim is to help residents understand how decisions are made, how services are performing, and how Housing Solutions manages its homes and communities.

Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements

Read more about STAIRs on the governments website Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements here.
