In July 2020 the Housing Ombudsmen published a new Complaint Handling Code which sets out a good practice framework for landlords to follow in fair and effective complaint handling. You can read our self-assessment against the Code’s requirements for the year 2021-22 which confirms that Housing Solutions is compliant with the Code in how we deal with complaints. Our assessment sets out how we intend to further strengthen our approach to complaint-handling over the year ahead.
