How Your Rent Supports Our Work
As a not-for-profit housing association, we don’t make money from rent or service charges. Instead, everything you pay goes towards maintaining and improving your home, covering rent losses, and funding services that support our communities. Any surplus is reinvested to provide safe, affordable, and sustainable housing for our local communities.

Making rent a priority
Keeping up with rent payments is an important part of your tenancy agreement. We’re here to help you stay on track so you can protect your home and tenancy. Falling behind on rent could lead to eviction, which may affect your chances of being re-housed, moving to another home, or applying to buy your property through Right to Buy.

You can pay your rent and service charges in several ways. Find out more about payment methods here.

Help and support
If you're struggling to pay your rent or need advice on reducing arrears, we’re here to support you. Visit our Income and Welfare pages here for guidance and assistance.

How Rent is Set
As a regulated housing association, most of our rents are set according to a government formula. Learn more about how rent is calculated here.
