Neighbourhood Inspections
We regularly carry out inspections in our neighbourhoods to help keep them safe, clean, and well-maintained. These inspections help us spot and sort out any issues quickly, working closely with other teams and local partners.
We usually inspect areas on a set schedule

| Roads | Quarterly |
but sometimes we may do them more often if needed.
During these inspections, we look out for things like:
- Problems with how homes are being looked after (e.g. untidy gardens, damage, or changes made without permission)
- Repairs needed in shared areas
- Misuse of communal spaces
- Health and safety risks
- Fire safety or security concerns
