The Regulator of Social Housing recently introduced a new set of measures called ‘the Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (TSMs).  The measures are aimed at helping improve standards for people living in social housing by making it easier for tenants to know how well their landlord is performing in important areas like repairs and complaints as well as holding them to account.

To learn more about the Regulator of Social Housing and tenant satisfaction measures, please go to www.gov.uk/government/publications/tenant-satisfaction-measures-standard

We’ve partnered with Acuity Research* (www.arap.co.uk), an independent customer experience agency, to ask residents about areas covered by the TSMs.  They may contact you by ‘phone or email during October as part of the survey.  Acuity will call from phone number 01273 093939 between 9am-8pm on weekdays and 10am-6pm on Saturdays. All housing providers will ask their residents the same questions. All data received will be anonymously submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing by June 2024 to understand overall tenant satisfaction regionally and nationally.

What does this mean for you?

The information provided through the surveys will help us improve what we do.  We’d really appreciate it if you could spare 10 minutes to participate in the survey. Please look out for more information in the autumn edition of our Streets Ahead magazine which will be arriving in early October.

If you have any concerns about the Acuity survey, please get in touch with us via webchat.  You can also email Will Poray (Housing Solutions Business Analyst) at  Will.Poray@housingsolutions.co.uk
