Tell us how we’re doing - TSM surveys now underway
Your feedback helps us improve our services. Over February, our staff will be visiting a sample of homes chosen to reflect different areas and property types as part of this year’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) surveys. These surveys help us understand how well we are doing and where we can improve the services we provide.
What is the TSM survey?
The TSM survey is a short set of standard questions set by the Regulator of Social Housing. It covers areas such as repairs, building safety, how complaints are handled, communication, and the quality of your neighbourhood.
Why we’re visiting
Some of the surveys will be carried out face to face. We may knock on your door over the next few weeks if your home is included in this year’s survey visits. The survey usually takes around 10–15 minutes.
How to know it’s really us
All Housing Solutions staff carrying out surveys will:
- Show a valid Housing Solutions ID badge
- Be able to confirm their name and role
- We’ll never ask for payment or personal financial information
