The festive season is here, and we want to make sure you know when our offices are open and how you can reach us if you need help.
Our opening hours over Christmas and New Year
- Wednesday 24 December 2025: 8:45 – 13:00
- Thursday 25 December 2025 (Bank holiday): Closed
- Friday 26 December 2025 (Bank holiday): Closed
- Monday 29 December 2025: 8:45 – 17:15
- Tuesday 30 December 2025: 8:45 – 17:15
- Wednesday 31 December 2025: 8:45 – 13:00
- Thursday 1 January 2026 (Bank holiday): Closed
- Friday 2 January 2026: 8:45 – 16:45
Need help during the holidays?
Even when our offices are closed, our emergency service is always available.
If you have an emergency, call 01628 543101.
Emergencies are issues that pose an immediate risk to your safety, security or health. Examples include:
- Serious leaks or flooding
- No heating in very cold weather
- Electrical faults that are dangerous
- Broken doors or windows affecting security
For gas leaks or fumes, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.

You can still book or change appointments easily using our customer portal or Housing Solutions app.
