We employ approximately 160 people in a wide cross section of jobs, including housing, maintenance, development and back office roles. The quality of our service depends on the quality of our staff. Learning and Development

Each year we deliver learning and development events across the Association to meet departmental and individual needs that support our business goals. We use various training methods, which include: secondments, job shadowing, coaching, studying for professional qualifications and/or attendance on external and in-house training courses.
