Learning and Development

Each year we plan learning and development events across the Association to meet departmental and individual needs that support our business goals. We use various training methods, which include: secondments, job shadowing, coaching, studying for profession qualifications and or attendance on external and in-house training courses.

Our Employment Support Team are committed to supporting people into work and can provide you with employment support, creating a personalised action plan, signposting you to useful agencies and links, finding relevant training, helping with your CV and more.
