Welfare & Support Team Manager – Pal Sandhu
Pal manages the team, leads on Welfare Reform and keeps the organisation and our customers updated on benefit changes.
Welfare Benefits Officer – Rose Dent
Rose deals with all benefit related queries and will assist with making any benefit application, check benefit entitlement and help dispute any benefit decisions if necessary.
Universal Credit Officer – Hadikah Chaudhri
Hadikah assists customers with any Universal Credit queries from setting up an email account, making the online application to attending Job Centre appointments with customers if needed.
Starter Tenancy Officer – Stacey Yarrow
Stacey’s role is to support customers on starter tenancies, carrying out home visits within the first year and offering any support required to help sustain tenancies.
