We provide support to people in the community who suffer from mental health illnesses - to maintain their tenancies and live more independently.

The service is funded by Supporting People and is available to residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Residents must be working with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) who will make a referral to the service.

Our staff will support people with daily living tasks and activities. They can also provide support around:

- Managing bills and finances;
- Shopping and attending appointments;
- Sorting out tenancy related problems;
- Socialising and recreation;
- Education and training.

We also work alongside numerous other support agencies such as Sport in Mind, Maidenhead Voluntary Action and SportsAble to encourage community engagement. For more information about this service please contact us on 01628 543101 or email floatingsupport@housingsolutions.co.uk.
