We provide support to people in the community who suffer from mental health illnesses, to maintain their tenancies and live more independently.
The service which is funded by Supporting People is available to residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Residents must be in receipt of housing benefit, working with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and have been referred to Housing Solutions.
Our staff can support people with daily living tasks and activities. They can also provide support for:
- Managing bills and finances;
- Shopping and attending appointments;
- Sorting out tenancy related problems;
- Socialising and recreation;
- Educating and training.
We also work alongside other support agencies such as Richmond Fellowship and Windsor and Maidenhead Voluntary Action to enhance the life of people suffering from mental health illnesses. For more information about this service please contact us on 0800 876 6060.
