During the bad weather managing the safety of our staff and customers is our biggest priority. As a result of the continued bad weather we will be operating a reduced service over Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd March.
We will be limiting our repairs service over the coming days to prioritise emergency repairs especially those where the customer has a loss of heating or hot water and repairs for our elderly and vulnerable customers. We may need to cancel some routine repairs over the coming days to free up the team to deal with the emergencies, so please bear with us.
Our grounds and caretaking team will not be carrying out any grounds or caretaking today and will be focusing on clearing snow and gritting paths at category 1 and 2 schemes, a full list of these can be found here.
Our Maidenhead offices are currently open however we do have limited staff in the office today, and those staff that are in, especially our call centre staff, will be prioritising dealing with emergencies and our elderly and vulnerable customers. Please only call in if you have an emergency. Please us the customer portal to log any routine repairs or pay your rent over the coming days. You can access it here
