Our new website now has a new live chat function which allows you to speak to a customer service advisor direct from the site without picking up the phone. The new functionality will be available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and can be used to ask general questions, advise on how to use the new portal and give feedback on a service you have received.

The service will not be available out of office hours and should not be used to log emergency repairs.
