During this period of unusually high tempratures, we have advised our caretaking and grounds staff, who mainly work outside, to keep hydrated, wear hats and take more breaks.  They may also be starting earlier to ensure that they do not work through the heat of the day.  Therefore, we wanted to let you know that there may be some changes in the cleaning and grounds programme.

We would also encourage residents to keep hydrated and if necessary draw the blinds or curtains to reduce the heat in your home.

If you are unable to regulate your central heating please contact us via the Customer portal or call our helpful Contact Centre on 01628 543101.  Our team will raise a job ticket for someone to come out and assist you with your heating.

Thanks for your understanding during these particularly hot few days.
