We are running an amazing competition to win Annual Merlin Passes for a family of up to four next week in conjunction with our Customer Service Week, here are all the details!
All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning this great prize is, register for an account on our online portal and fill in the customer survey once logged in. Don't worry if you've already registered for the online portal, you can still be in with a chance of winning by logging in and filling out the survey. You can log onto the portal here
All resident who complete the survey will be automatically entered into the prize draw! The competition starts on Monday 15th January and will run until Sunday 21st January. To register for an online account you will need your tenancy reference number, which you can find on a recent rent statement or on your rent card. If you're worried about registering but don't want to miss out on this amazing competition why not pop into our office on Monday 15th January for our customer service week open day where a member of staff will help you register online. Alternatively you can pop into our reception any day next week where a member of staff will be on hand to help you register.
