We have a range of opportunities for you to get involved in and will be launching more ways for you to engage throughout the year. Scrutiny and Improvement Team (SIT) Panel
SIT Panel Meeting Dates

The SIT Panel is at the heart of Housing Solutions’ Customer Involvement Strategy and ensures we have the resident voice at the centre of everything we do.
Its main purposes are:
- To scrutinise organisational performance and hold the organisation to account;
- To review services to ensure they are cost effective and to improve them for all customers;
- To review new and existing policies.
We currently have 2 spaces available on our SIT Panel and we are looking for:
- A general needs tenant living outside RBWM
- A general needs tenant aged 18-30
The Panel meets virtually every 2 months (currently by Zoom), and training and support will be provided. If you are interested in applying for one of the spaces, please get in touch and we can send out the application pack.
Homeowner Panel and Community Living Panel
Home Owner Panel Meeting Dates

These are brand new engagement Panels designed specifically for Homeowners (Leaseholders and Shared Owners) and those in Community Living accommodation (Sheltered Schemes, Extra Care Schemes and 55+ Housing(
The purpose of the panel is:
- To improve communication and understanding
- To improve Customer Satisfaction
- To review and provide cost effective services
- To review policies
We are currently looking for people to join these panels. If you are interested in getting involved please get in touch.
We are re-launching our Resident E-Engagement Panel and we would love for you to be involved. There is no long-term commitment required, we would just like to contact you and gather your feedback on a range of issues that interest you, which can then help us shape and improve our services. If you receive an email but don’t have time to look at it that’s not a problem, you can still take part next time or can unsubscribe at any time. And the best bit is it can all be done from the comfort of your own home!
