What is Extra Care?
Extra Care Housing enables people to live independently, whilst having the benefit of care and support available on site if needed. The Birches will help occupants to exercise choice and control in their lives, in such a way as to optimise quality of life and to live independently in their home. Central to this is the provision of care and support provided to those who need it on the basis of assessed need.
