How it works
To begin texting your rent payments, you need:
- a UK registered mobile phone;
- a valid rent payment card. Please call us on 0800 876 6060 if you do not have a valid rent payment card;
- a current debit or credit card.
Step 1
You will need to register online at:
https://www.allpayments.net/textpay
You only have to register once to use the service. However, if any of your details change - for example your debit/credit card number you will have to amend your registration. If you don't usually have access to the internet you can register on line at our offices.
Step 2
Once you have registered, when you want to make a payment simply send a text from your mobile to 81025. The text should say 'pay rent' followed by the amount you want to pay for example 90.00 and then your text password, which is the last four digits of the debit/credit card number you registered on the Allpay website.
Step 3
You will then receive a text message confirming that your payment has gone through.
