Emergencies are classed as incidents which could cause damage to life and limb, or structural damage to the property if they are not repaired immediately.  Repairs are recharged to the block and/or location. To help us keep costs down, it is important that you use the emergency call-out service only for genuine emergencies. Tenants and Leaseholders who use this service for non–emergencies will be charged.
