To report an emergency repair please
telephone 0800 876 6060 at any time.

We provide a 24 hour, 365 day per year emergency repairs service.  We aim to keep costs down for all our tenants, so it is important that you only use the emergency call-out service for genuine emergencies. Tenants who misuse our emergency repairs service will be charged £15.

If you smell gas:
  • Switch off all gas appliances.
  • Shut off the gas supply at the meter control valve.
  • Call Gas Emergency Services on the Gas Emergency Freephone Number 0800 111 999.
  • Open all doors and windows to ventilate the room
  • Do not operate any electrical switches or use a naked flame

By telephone – please call 0800 876 6060 (This is a freephone number from landlines) or 01628 5431010.

You can leave a message on these numbers outside normal working hours.  We aim to respond to telephone messages left overnight by 10 am on the next working day.

By Email or on-line – To report a routine repair from this website please click here. Or you can send an email to contact@housingsolutions.co.uk with details of the repair you require. Please include your full address and a daytime telephone number on your email.

At our offices – you can visit our offices which are open:

  • Monday to Thursday from 8.45am until 5.15pm;
  • Friday from 8.45am until 4.45pm.
Appointments

When you report a repair to our Customer Contact Centre you will agree an appointment time which is convenient for you, when the repair can be carried out.

These are the appointment times we offer for repairs to be carried out Monday to Friday:

  • A.M. – 8am to 1pm;
  • P.M. – 12.30pm to 5pm;
  • School Run – 10am to 2.30pm;
  • All day – 8am to 5pm.
  • Evening – 5pm to 8pm.

For certain repairs and gas servicing we offer appointments for evenings.
