We have a housing stock of over 3,900 properties in the south east of England. We offer affordable homes to rent, shared ownership schemes, homes for the elderly and specialist accommodation for people who need support and care to live within the community. We also provide homes for key workers such as teachers and firemen. All our homes are backed up by a range of housing services, including our own professional team of trades staff who provide a comprehensive repair and maintenance service.
Maidenhead and District Housing Association (MDHA) is the trading name of the Housing Solutions Group.
There are two subsidiaries within the group. They are:
Bridgewater Housing which is a charitable housing association, specialising in providing sheltered housing and support services for elderly people. It has 11 sheltered schemes providing accommodation for more than 300 people.
Furnival Housing, a Slough based registered social landlord with more than 100 homes, joined the Group in February 2006.
