Housing Solutions Executive Team

John was appointed Group Chief Executive in September 2000, having previously been the Association’s Finance Director since the stock transfer in 1995. He is a member of the Housing Solutions Board. He is a Chartered Accountant. He was recruited from the private sector and has experience of the computer, photocopier and retail security industries.

Jill was appointed Group Business Development Director in January 2006, having previously been Development Director for Parkside Housing Group in Windsor.  Jill began her housing career in 1978 as Development Officer for Devon and Cornwall Housing Association and has worked for several Housing Associations and the Housing Corporation since then.

Ray was appointed in December 2000. He joined from Chiltern Hundreds Housing Association where he had been Head of Finance for five years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. He has also worked for the Housing Corporation.

Peter Hatch joined Housing Solutions in 1996 after graduating from university.  He has undertaken a variety of roles ranging from Lettings Manager to Development Programme Manager.  He was appointed Assistant Director Asset Management in 2005 and to his current role in October 2008.
